Our involvement with DataQ as Employer’s Agents has been positive to date. DataQ is easy to navigate, user friendly, maintains an accurate record and keeps the project team informed of the drawing submissions through emails. It helps the team remain co-ordinated and enables drawings to be stored in the appropriate folders. At John Rowan and Partners, we’ve utilised DataQ on several Design and Build contracts for the same client that introduced its use. (P.K John Rowan and Partners)

Having used a number of online file portals, DataQ is one of the best available. The systems intuitive structure makes for ease of use, its reliable and stable, and backed up by a proactive support team. (R.H Urban Myth – London Kitchen Specialists)

We use DataQ on a number of projects and it is one of the more intuitive sites. It makes uploading and downloading drawings and documents a very fast and efficient task. It is also very useful in showing previous revisions of drawings / documents, and the colour coding when uploading documents / drawings makes it very difficult to upload to incorrect folders and ensures that documents are over written as required. It is our preferred upload site. (H.U Waterstone Design)

As a Document Controller I look for a document management system to be easy to use, quick and only consist of the necessary project information I require. DataQ captures all of this. The user has the ability to create their own folders and subfolders rather than this be dictated by the client or main contractor and it has the key function of allowing the user to upload documents with or without notifications. DataQ is easy to navigate around, even as a first user, and has the added bonus of allowing the user to edit their document revisions, titles or status at any time and move documents to different folders, which saves so much time if you have only made a simple mistake. I am a definite fan! (T.W - Walsh Associates)

DataQ is one of the best (of the many!) sites we have to upload to. (B.F - PTA Consult)

We regularly retrieve tender package enquiries from DataQ as sub contractors. Retrieving the files could not be easier and it is very helpful to receive a highlighted list showing the updates and the option to download only the changes in one easy step. (S.C TMM)
